About Me

My name is Kerry Lilley, and I feel privileged to be able to do this job.  My clients trust me, telling me things they may never have told anybody else. Firstly, this can feel like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders. Secondly, it allows an opportunity for them to gain understanding. Thirdly, it enables an openness to learning new and better ways to create a much brighter future. I’m not sure what other job I could do that could offer me such a rewarding career!

I have a busy private practice just outside St Neots and Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire.  I am a fully qualified BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Over the last fourteen years I have gained much of my experience working with a variety of people in various settings that include the NHS, Social Services, charities and forensic settings. Subsequently I have had some amazing opportunities to work with a variety of adults and adolescents as they work towards improving their lives and futures.

My very relaxed, but professional, approach enables me to build a deep connection with my clients. As a result I form strong therapeutic relationships with those that I work with.  Forming connections in this way is something I am very proud of, as it allows my clients to feel at ease and be open to what I have to offer. The satisfaction I feel when I see the changes in my clients is what drives me to get up every day and do it all again!
